Delivery & Reports
Read your business reports
Track collected revenue, outstanding invoices, receivables aging, and your proposal pipeline in one place.
Updated 2026-07-10
Reports pulls together everything money-related across your projects: what's been collected, what's still outstanding, how old your unpaid invoices are, and how your proposals are converting. It works on every plan, though a couple of figures (like your Stripe balance) only appear once you've connected online payments.
Where to find it
Dashboard → Reports.
The three tabs
Reports has three tabs: Overview, Pipeline, and Profitability. Overview and Pipeline both respect the date range you pick at the top of the page (This Month, Last Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, YTD, Last Year, All Time, or a custom range with Apply). Profitability is deliberately all-time and ignores the range, since project cost estimates don't fit neatly into a window.
Overview: collected and outstanding
The summary cards show Collected (total payments in the range, with a percentage change against the prior period), Outstanding (unpaid invoice balances right now), Past Due (the overdue slice of Outstanding), and Payment Timing (how many days early or late clients pay on average, versus their due date). If you've connected online payments, a Stripe Balance card also appears and links through to Payouts.
Below the cards, the Income chart plots collected revenue weekly or monthly depending on the range. Click a bar to filter the Paid list below to that window.
The Outstanding list shows every unpaid invoice, badged by urgency (past due 30+ days, past due 1-30 days, due this week, due in 8-30 days, no due date, or processing via ACH). Click any of those urgency labels, or the Past Due card itself, to filter the list down to that bucket. Click the bell icon on a row to send a payment reminder without leaving the page; rows show "reminded Nd ago" once you have.
The Paid list shows every payment collected in the selected range. Click a row to open that invoice.
Revenue by client
The Revenue by Client table breaks down collected revenue by client for the selected range: number of payments, amount collected, percent of total, and average payment timing. It shows your top 8 clients with everyone else rolled into a single row. Click a client's name to go to their client page. There's no separate client filter, this table and the aging matrix below are how you narrow to one client's activity within the current date range.
Receivables (A/R) aging
The A/R Aging table groups every outstanding balance by client into age buckets: Current, 1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and 90+ days overdue. A balance with no due date counts as current. Invoices currently processing via ACH are called out separately below the table rather than aged, since they're already in motion.
Pipeline: your proposal funnel
The Pipeline tab reports on proposals sent in the selected range: Win Rate (accepted vs. decided), Avg Accepted Value, Time to Accept (median days from sent to accepted), and Open Rate (sent proposals your client actually opened). The Proposal Funnel shows the drop-off from Sent to Viewed to Accepted, plus a breakdown of every outcome (Accepted, Declined, Expired, Pending). Below that is the full list of proposals in range, click one to open it.
Profitability: revenue vs. estimated cost
The Profitability tab lists every project with revenue against its estimated crew cost, pulled from that project's call sheets, and the resulting estimated margin. This is a rough estimate: it excludes gear, travel, editing time, and any cost that never made it onto a call sheet. Projects without call sheet data show "No cost data" instead of a number.
Exporting and printing
On the Overview tab, the Export menu offers a Payments CSV for the selected range, an Outstanding CSV as of today, and a Year-end package, a dialog where you pick a year and get both a CSV of that year's payments and a printable summary in one step. The Print button opens your browser's print dialog with a clean summary (stats, Revenue by Client, A/R Aging, Outstanding, and Paid) with none of the app's navigation or filters on the page.
Common questions
Why don't I see a Stripe Balance card?
It only appears once you've connected online payments (Pro and Studio plans). See accept online payments.
Can a Studio team member see Reports?
Owners and full team members can. A team member set to Limited access cannot open Reports at all, since it's entirely financial. See team workspaces.
Does the date range affect Profitability?
No. Profitability is always all projects, all time.
